Delivery Policy

Deliveries are completed as soon as is practicably possible. Any time scales given are an estimate only.

Good are delivered to the kerbsite only. Employees and agents of Acrelane Timber Merchants are NOT permitted to enter site or home addresses.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 28 days of purchase.

Return and refunds are subject to a minimum of 15% handling fee for non-faulty, correctly supplied items. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please note all the perishable items are non-returnable.
